Come join me as I facilitate and mentor the group in a simple, gentle breath and meditation that brings each person to a place of Heart & Mind Coherence. It is an easy practice that can connect you to you; help open your creativity; facilitate release of anxiety. Once you gain the skills from the class you will find this meditation can be engaged and effective in very brief time.

We're just moving in and getting set up; so  ALL PROCEEDS   from the day will go to help us reach our GOALS!

We will have local HEALERS on hand, a variety of CLASSES, and a full SILENT AUCTION throughout the entire day! We hope you join us for a class or two, browse and bid on the auction items you're drawn to, and meet some of our healers.
