Gentle Flow Goddess Yoga
This class is meant to be gentle, calming, and empowering. (And for those not pregnant. I've got other classes for those expecting!)
Breathe, stretch, and remind yourself of your divine feminine energy.
No prior movement or yoga experience necessary. Appropriate for all levels.
These classes are week-by-week scheduling.
