Rapture

Are you craving a deeper connection to your body? Do you desire to move more? To unleash the wild parts within you?

Rapture is a unique practice combining tribal dance with Vinyasa yoga flow to create a soulful and spirited experience.  An exploration of movement that takes you on a journey and leaves you with a feeling of bliss.

Join us the 1st Wednesday of every month beginning March 1st at 6:30-7:45 pm.
