I hold a degree in International Business Management, and I co-founded Sunshine and Magick, an AstroApothecary offering astrologically infused creations for the soul.

Each step of my journey has prepared me to meet people where they are — emotionally, spiritually, energetically, and practically. It’s why “Human Connection” feels like the truest title for me. More than a label, it’s a living embodiment. In a world moving toward automation, I offer grounding, presence, and an open heart. (And I’ve even been called the world’s best hugger — you’ll have to come find out for yourself).

These days, simplicity calls me home. Slowing down, walking with the Earth, choosing sustainability, and living in rhythm with the seasons — these are my current sacred devotions. I’ve transitioned many areas of my life to non-toxic, Earth-friendly practices, from the foods I prepare to the energetics I infuse them with. I listen deeply to my body now, learning its subtle languages through muscle testing, functional nutrition, and spirit-guided nourishment.
