This is a gathering for women ready for an enlivened full body yes ~ to dance in devotion to themselves and in grounded, regulated sisterhood. Ecstatic empowerment in your full spectrum wholeness. Dropping into the body’s juicy, present, sensual intelligence ~ where breath deepens, heaviness melts, and the mind softens enough for the body to speak through sensation, impulse, and instinct.

There is no choreography and no performance ~ only authentic movement, play, and felt sense exploration. From the thinking mind into the heart center, the belly, the womb space. This ancient, somatic dance ritual supports grounding, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to the body’s natural wisdom~ activating truth, energetic clarity, and aliveness. Here, we hold both the light and the dark feminine. We dance in duality, knowing that love, light and softness are most powerful when they are grounded, protected, and self honoring.

Through embodied movement, we shed old skins and return to the core of who we are ~ deeper expressions of our soul’s essence. Slowing down to harmonize, so when we rise, our expression resonates and magnetizes the frequencies of our most true dreams, desires and connections with others in unwavering faith and equal reciprocity. Marked in presence, truth, and strength through optional white ceremonial face and body paint, we cross the threshold together ~ into the ritual of renewal, embodiment, and self trust. This is a women’s gathering rooted in joy, devotion, and integrity ~ where deepening connection to self naturally opens into deeper, truer sisterhood.

FACILITATOR BIO:

Hi 🤍 my name is Mary Elise. I go by Elise. I am the creatrix of Wake Your Waters ~ Make Your Waves, offering ceremonial containers rooted in ritual, creativity, and empowerment.

As M.e., I am an ecstatic dance DJ and facilitator weaving intuitive sound journeys. You move. I guide the sound. Through intentional pacing and intuitive rhythm ~ the body drops out of the mind and into sensation. Movement arises naturally ~ honest, unforced, alive. Presence. Instinct. The body’s innate wisdom. Ecstatic dance as a return to truth, regulation, and embodied liberation.

These women only dances are especially meaningful to me, as ecstatic dance has been central to my own journey of deepening into sensuality, vibrancy, and authentic expression ~ a pathway through which I now share my art and align within true purpose in the world. My intention is that we root first within ourselves, so that from this grounded place we may meet one another in reciprocal, regulated sisterhood and walk this path hand in hand.
