In this nurturing and intentional space, we’ll gently shed the energy of the week and return to the essence of who we are. This is an invitation to meet yourself with love — especially the parts longing to be seen, heard, and held.

Your Journey Includes:

• A group micro-mycelium ceremony honoring nature and intention-setting

• Guided meditation and sound healing for deep release and renewal

• Soulful self-expression through:

  • Journaling

  • Movement, dance, or gentle yoga

  • Art creation

  • Silent reflection

  • Drum circle connection

You’ll be invited to ebb and flow through the layers of your being — mind, body, ego, shadow, and heart — in a way that honors your rhythm and intuitive needs.

Nourishment + Rituals:
We’ll share full moon–charged, crystal-infused water and grounding snacks to support your integration and replenishment.

• Held by three experienced facilitators (two women, one man), each offering their unique wisdom and presence
