In this workshop, you’ll be guided through the use of rhythm, intention, and visualization to enter non ordinary reality, a safe and sacred space where you can meet spirit guides, access insight, and restore balance to your life. This will also include a gong sound bath, which helps to evoke deep contemplation.

Drawing on the lineages of Alberto Villoldo and Sandra Ingerman, this experiential session will help you cultivate presence, heal old patterns, and awaken a sense of purpose. Whether you’re new to journeying or seeking to deepen your practice, you’ll leave with tools to continue exploring your inner landscape and building a relationship with the unseen world.

Facilitator(s) Bio:
Justin is a yoga teacher, trained shamanic practitioner, men’s work facilitator and psychospiritual coach dedicated to bringing grounded medicine into the community. He blends ancient wisdom traditions with modern embodiment practices to create spaces for real connection, healing, and transformation.
