Sound Bath with Tammy are held the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month at CenterPeace Troy

This extended sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various healing instruments; crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and other healing instruments. 

During the session, the healing frequencies will help calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and promote a state of deep relaxation and balance. It is an opportunity to unplug from daily stressors and focus on internal healing, release and clarity. 

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring pillows, blankets, or borrow ours.

Facilitator Bio: About Tammy~Sound and Intuitive Energy Healer

Like many, Tammy began her journey seeking a path to heal herself. After the sudden loss of her husband, Norm, in 2017 she was compelled to travel to sacred spaces connecting with shamans, sound healers and her true self. My New Norm grew organically out of the process of exploring sound and energy modalities that helped her and many others release trauma stored in the body. Having been a math teacher for over 30 years she has a passion for pattern recognition and simplifying concepts. Energy and spirituality sensitive from a young age Tammy is able to detect dissonance in the energy body and use sound, Reiki, Pranic Healing and messages from Spirit to address the disharmony. 

Tammy facilitates sound healing groups and provides individual sessions to guide you to your authentic self.
