Carmen is the heart and soul behind Exalted Moon Wellness, a sacred space for healing, reconnection, and feminine empowerment. As a Traditional Medicine Practitioner and Spiritualist, Carmen is devoted to guiding women back to their inner wisdom and authentic expression through the sacred arts of herbalism, shamanic practices, meditation, mindfulness, intuitive guidance, and Reiki energy healing.

With years of experience and a deep ancestral calling, Carmen holds the title of Reiki Master and is a certified Transformational Life Coach. Her work is rooted in ancient wisdom and spiritual integrity, supporting women in reclaiming their power, shedding societal conditioning, and embodying their truth.

Carmen’s path to becoming a medicine woman was born from her own healing journey. Once a successful corporate Marketing Director, she followed an inner call to create a life and practice in alignment with Spirit. Today, through Exalted Moon Wellness, she offers healing sessions, workshops, and transformational coaching that nourish the mind, body, and soul.
