Duane Wrenn

Duane Wrenn is a movement specialist. He has developed Energetic Soul Wellness to help improve the way people move, feel and perform in life without sacrificing movement because of injuries or pain. He uses a variety of training modalities and experience to design wellness programs and classes for individuals, groups and companies.

Duane has a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Health Promotion. He is a Professor of Cuban Style Dance Interpretation, and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and one of a small group of Non Medical Based Health Care Practitioners in Michigan trained in Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) developed by Dr. David Bercelli. Duane is also a disciple and former student of the Wu Family of Tai Chi Chuan. Energetic Soul Wellness guides individuals through designing programs that will maximize your movement lifestyle.
