Lauren Severance

Hi, I’m Lauren Severance, a licensed massage therapist passionate about supporting others on their healing journeys. I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute, but my love for bodywork really changed when I took my first Craniosacral Therapy class at the Upledger Institute. I was immediately drawn to the subtle, yet profound, effects of craniosacral work and knew I wanted to share this healing modality with others.

As a veteran and mother, I have learned the importance of resilience, balance, understanding and self-care. I graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute, but my love for bodywork really started before graduation when I attended my first Craniosacral Therapy class through the Upledger Institute. I was immediately drawn to the subtle, yet profound, effects of craniosacral work and knew I wanted to share this healing modality with others. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, whether it’s through craniosacral therapy, raindrop therapy, relaxation massage, or even simple practices like grounding your feet in the grass and taking a deep breath of fresh air. Healing happens in many ways, and my goal is to create a space where you can relax, reconnect, and restore.

I’ve completed Craniosacral 1 & 2 and SomatoEmotional Release 1, and I continue to deepen my understanding of the body’s natural rhythms. I also offer Raindrop Therapy and Relaxation massage. I take the time to truly listen and personalize each session, and well-being.
