Jessica Davies Healing
About Me
Jessica found acupuncture during college, after years of struggling with migraine headaches. While the treatments helped ease her pain, it was the healing conversations with her acupuncturist that sparked something deeper—a revelation that healing could begin from within. She began to recognize her patterns, understand her body’s signals, and make small but powerful shifts in how she ate, moved, and cared for herself.
That inner knowing (and a pick-up truck overflowing with CDs) quickly led her to California, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2004. There, she immersed herself in the study of acupuncture, herbal medicine, bodywork, and natural healing traditions.
Jessica’s learning hasn’t stopped since. Her path has continued to weave through yoga, positive psychology, mindfulness, Intuition Medicine®, metaphysics, astrology, and a deep love for herbs, supplements, and superfoods as sacred allies. She sees food as medicine and the body as a wise, intuitive guide.
In her acupuncture practice, she especially loves supporting people through:
*Anxiety and mild depression
*Hormonal transitions (from teenage years to menopause)
*Headaches and chronic pain
*ADD/ADHD
*Insomnia and stress management
Jessica’s approach to healing is rooted in the belief that reconnection—to nature, to rhythm, to self—is the foundation of health. She combines acupuncture, herbs, cupping, gua sha, food therapy, and gentle inquiry to clear what’s stuck and nourish what’s been depleted. She believes healing is a collaborative journey—one that invites your whole self to the table.
