Begin your day with intention and clarity through this grounding Hatha yoga class. The practice offers a gentle yet empowering approach to awaken the body, calm the mind and bring awareness back to self before you step back out into your everyday happenings.
Each session begins by inviting you into the moment to focus on self (dharana) through awareness (pratyahara), breath work (pranayama) and postures (asanas), as you work to dissolve any impediments upon your path-creating space for your intention to grow and manifest. Leaving the session feeling lighter, centered, and aligned—ready to meet the day with clarity and presence.
