This class focuses on simple, easy-to-follow poses that build strength, improve flexibility, and help you feel more connected to your body. Brandon keeps the flow straightforward and accessible, making it a great space whether you’re brand new to yoga or just looking for a relaxed, no-pressure practice.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all class bookings be changed or canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be credited. This policy helps us honor our instructors’ time and hold space for all participants. Thank you for respecting the flow of the studio and our shared commitment to the community.
