Amanda English
Amanda began consistently practicing yoga in 2020 as a means to gain a sense of self and clarity during the start of an intentional healing journey. Since then, yoga has been a constant teacher in her life both on and off the mat. After completing her 200 HR YTT, she became certified in Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga. She recently became a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher & meditation teacher. She is continuing her studies in Somatic Healing and Frequency Healing. Amanda is passionate about helping others find embodiment through movement one breath at a time
