Angela McBride

Angela McBride is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and co-founder of Mindful Motion, a wellness practice focused on helping people slow down, reconnect, and support their mental and emotional well-being. Her journey into yoga began during a difficult time in her life, when the practice became a safe space to breathe, process emotions, and reconnect with herself. Her classes focus on nervous system regulation, breathwork, and mindful movement, often incorporating meditation and sound healing to help participants shift from stress into rest and restoration. Angela is also a college professor who believes healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported.
