Tamayo "Tammy" Yokosuka
Reiki Master Teacher
My Reiki journey began in Japan, where I completed three years of teacher training before becoming a certified Reiki Master Teacher through the Japan Reiki Association.
For the past three years, I have volunteered by providing Reiki sessions for hospice nurses and staff in Southfield.
I offer Japanese Traditional Reiki healing sessions, a style of Reiki that is not commonly available in Michigan. I also teach Reiki classes for those who wish to learn how to use Reiki for themselves, their families, and others.
My intention is to provide a calm and supportive space where clients can relax, reconnect with themselves, and find greater balance in their daily lives. In Japanese, "YuLumi" reflects the idea of relaxing and letting go. Through YuLumi (you illuminate), my hope is to support each person in reconnecting with their inner light and bringing more peace, clarity, and joy into their daily life.
