Join us in the Crystal Salt Cave, drop into a deeply restorative state through guided meditation and sound healing. This Aquamarine-inspired journey supports calming, soothing, cleansing, courageous, flowing water energy frequencies.

Here we will ground & open up the space, connect you to aquamarine crystal energy, relax into a cozy soft yoga bed, pillows & blankets. Relax and invite in the space for cleansing, restoration, & renewal through a guided meditation, and continue to let go even deeper through a full sound immersion experience.

This sound immersion helps to move and clear energy, re-harmonize, restore, and rebalance the energy fields and slow the brain waves & nervous system down into a deep meditative & restorative state. Aquamarine crystals will be provided for you to enhance the energy of soothing, calming, flowing nurturing energy. Previous Crystal experience is never necessary for our groups! We always prep the crystals and the space for you to just show up & experience.

Cozy yoga beds, blankets, & pillows will be provided. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to allow yourself time to settle in. Doors lock 5 minutes after start time.
