Community Yoga and Sound Healing Event

**Please note: as this is a community class and may have a waiting list, please cancel your ticket if you are unable to attend.

Join us for a 40 minute, fully-guided vinyasa yoga class, followed by 20 minutes of sound healing to relax your mind and body.

This is a free community event, available for beginners or experienced yoga students. Anyone can participate.

You may sweat. Bring an extra layer of clothing for the sound healing portion of the event.

Event will take place at the CenterPeace Yoga and Movement Studio, located at 33730 Freedom Road in Farmington. Our main event center is located to the left, the Studio is located to the right of the parking lot.

Your Facilitators:

Tim Prince is a local yoga teacher who has taught yoga since 2021.

Susannah Gorman is a local yoga teacher who teaches many modalities of yoga, including sound bowls.
