In this workshop, you’ll be guided through the use of rhythm, intention, and visualization to enter non-ordinary reality—a safe and sacred space where you can meet spirit guides, access insight, and restore balance to your life. The Shamanic Journey will lead right into a gong sound bath, which helps to evoke deep contemplation.

Drawing on the lineages of Alberto Villoldo and Sandra Ingerman, this experiential session will help you cultivate presence, heal old patterns, and awaken a sense of purpose.

Whether you’re new to journeying or seeking to deepen your practice, you’ll leave with tools to continue exploring your inner landscape and building a relationship with the unseen world.

Your Facilitator:

I am Justin True. I'm a men's work facilitator, yoga teacher, trained shamanic practitioner, psychospiritual mindset coach and fellow pilgrim on the spiritual path to inner truth and beauty. I'm dedicated to bringing grounded medicine into the community. I blend ancient wisdom traditions with modern embodiment practices to create spaces for connection, healing, and transformation.

I'm a firm believer that practices like Shamanism, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness are not the end—but the means. These methods are vehicles that carry us beyond the surface layers of the mind/emotions toward something deeper, more authentic, and alive, toward inner freedom.

My coaching and facilitation approach is to uncover insights and blind spots in a gentle, authentic and honest way, creating opportunities for layers of transformation to occur. I lean into reverence, discipline, and humility as my 3 primary pillars and I believe that we are all perpetually moving from truth to higher truth on this journey. let’s ride together.
