Herbaceous is an intimate, elevated tasting experience designed to invite guests to slow down and explore botanicals through flavor, aroma, and the senses. Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through three thoughtfully crafted botanical cocktail courses featuring herbal infusions, house tinctures, fresh herbs, seasonal ingredients, and intentional spirit pairings. Each course is accompanied by an aromatherapy pairing that encourages guests to inhale, notice, taste, and experience how scent can influence flavor.

This is not a traditional cocktail class. Herbaceous is about curiosity, presence, and discovering herbs in a new way while enjoying beautiful surroundings, meaningful conversation, and an unhurried atmosphere. A light grazing table will be available throughout the evening.

Semi is the founder of Nature’s Ambrosia and a Sacred Wellness Practitioner who creates intentional experiences through herbs, energy work, breath, sound, and sensory exploration. Her work is centered on helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience wellness in a way that feels grounded, beautiful, and accessible.
