About the event

Tickets: $40.00

Your nervous system deserves a night off.

If you have been feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or like you are constantly “on,” this experience was created for you.

Nervous System Reset: A Candlelight Experience is an intimate evening designed to help you slow down, release tension, and give your body the deep exhale it has been craving. Surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight, we will move through a calming blend of gentle yin yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, nervous system regulation, deep rest, and an immersive sound bath.

No rushing.

No performing.

No pressure to be anything other than exactly where you are.

This is your space to soften. To get out of your head and back into your body. To release some of what you have been carrying. To quiet the constant noise and finally give yourself permission to rest.

And this experience is for everyone.

You do not need to be flexible.

You do not need yoga experience.

You do not need to know what “somatic” means.

You do not need to consider yourself a wellness person.

Come tired. Come stressed. Come curious. Come exactly as you are.

Bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as a blanket, pillow, cozy socks, or layers. Sometimes, self-care is not adding one more thing to your list. Sometimes it is slowing down long enough to hear what your body has been asking for.

Candlelight. Movement. Breath. Sound. Rest.

IMPORTANT: Please arrive early. Doors will lock promptly at 7:05 PM to protect the quiet, immersive experience inside. Late entry will not be available.

Your Hosts:

Brandon Coleman

Brandon is a 200-hour RYT-certified yoga teacher and nutrition coach who’s rewriting the narrative around men and wellness by challenging the idea that vulnerability is weakness. Passionate about men’s mental health, he creates grounded, supportive spaces where people, especially men, can breathe, soften, and reconnect without pressure or expectation. His teaching blends slow, intentional movement with breathwork and presence, offering an accessible approach to wellness that feels human, real, and deeply needed.

Angela McBride

Angela is a 200-hour RYT-certified yoga teacher and Reiki Level I practitioner whose work is shaped by lived experience, intuition, and a deep understanding of the nervous system. After walking through her own trauma and learning how to come back to herself piece by piece, she now guides others in slowing down, breathing deeper, and reconnecting with the parts of themselves they’ve had to hold together for too long. Her classes weave stillness, grounding, and energy awareness in a way that feels real, relatable, and safe. Offering a space where people can release tension, settle their system, and exist without judgment. Angela’s approach is honest and heart-led, rooted in the belief that you don’t have to be “healed” to show up. You just have to be willing to listen to your body and let it meet you where you are.
