Service Description
Beginning Tai Chi teaches the foundational movements and concepts of Tai Chi. If you are new to Tai Chi or want to relearn, this is the class for you. This course teaches the fundamental principles, energies, movements, and postures for basic application and concepts. Class is once weekly on Saturdays for six weeks. Tai Chi can be physically challenging, requiring development of balance and movement that is different from usual day to day activities.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all class bookings be changed or canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be credited. This policy helps us honor our instructors’ time and hold space for all participants. Thank you for respecting the flow of the studio and our shared commitment to the community.
