Nervous system reset, a short full body warm-up before slipping into longer held poses cultivating deep relaxation with frequency healing modalities throughout class as well as offering frequency infused water.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all class bookings be changed or canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be credited. This policy helps us honor our instructors’ time and hold space for all participants.
