This class is a gentle yet powerful journey into the present moment. Blending breath with movement, Mindful Flow encourages you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body and inner self. Drawing from the tradition of Karma Yoga, Angie weaves mindfulness into every posture — reminding you that yoga isn’t just something we do on the mat, but a way of living. Through grounding flows, guided breathwork, and moments of stillness, you’ll release tension and rediscover calm. Suitable for all levels, this practice welcomes anyone seeking balance, peace, and a deeper sense of connection — to self, to breath, and to the earth beneath you.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all class bookings be changed or canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be credited. This policy helps us honor our instructors’ time and hold space for all participants. Thank you for respecting the flow of the studio and our shared commitment to the community.
