Awaken your body and spirit as the sun comes up. This gentle, energizing flow blends breath and movement to help you greet the day with clarity, gratitude, and ease. Move mindfully, open your heart, and step off the mat feeling refreshed, grounded, and glowing from within.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all class bookings be changed or canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be credited. This policy helps us honor our instructors’ time and hold space for all participants. Thank you for respecting the flow of the studio and our shared commitment to the community.
