Service Description
Enhance your physical and mental well-being through a short form Ashtanga 75-minute class. Each class begins with a brief centering meditation to focus the mind before flowing through a condensed version of the primary series, emphasizing breath and movement. It incorporates key postures that build strength and flexibility while maintaining a steady pace to encourage mindfulness and concentration before concluding with a short savasana for relaxation and integration. This class is perfect for early morning practice as it is vigorous and athletic. No prior experience required. This may not be the practice for you if you cannot apply body weight to the hands due to wrist or shoulder issues.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all class bookings be changed or canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be credited. This policy helps us honor our instructors’ time and hold space for all participants.
