Service Description
Yoga/Pilates Fusion: A Vinyassa style flow with a 'kick,' Pilates strengthens the body while lengthening the muscles. You'll work with your breath to move into balanced poses along with building endurance and strength for your entire body. Core work and relaxing breath work to complete the class. Combine the best of both worlds for a total body workout.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all class bookings be changed or canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be credited. This policy helps us honor our instructors’ time and hold space for all participants.
