Alicia Clark teaches a Soulful Yin Yoga class, which is slow gentle yoga for all bodies and ages. Alicia works to blend a great Playlist, simple moves, and an inclusive atmosphere. Connecting to your body is the most important goal in class. Slowing down, listening to the cues that our body gives so that it begins to feel safe with us. We often disregard our initial cues. Allowing your intuition and body to merge and safety begins. There is an inclusive atmosphere that often includes laughter, Tarot cards, essential oils and connection.
