Beth Wykes
Beth Wykes is a 200-hour RYT who has spent more than 20 years exploring the life-changing power of yoga. Her mission is to foster an inclusive community where every student feels empowered. Through a blend of breathwork and intentional movement, her classes serve as a sanctuary for physical, spiritual and emotional well-being. She invites you to discover your strengths, further develop your mind-body connection and feel deeply rooted in your own potential. Her mantra is simple: “Come as you are, and let’s grow together.” She truly believes that when we move as a community, the practice becomes even more powerful for everyone.
