n the effort to battle depression and mental fog, emotional imbalances due to my surroundings, I began to practice meditation and yoga in my mid twenties. It all started at home and replacing bad habits with meditation to help control the emotional urge to escape negatively. It taught me patience and endurance. Also, gave me confidence in trusting myself and my ability to see things through. After 10 years of practice I finally decided to dive into yoga teacher training with T.R.A.P Yoga and Massage studio, and it was the best decision of my life! My practice is full of joy, divine enlightenment, and a truly free and loving space and experience that leaves all my clients full of light and love that grows and flows.
