
Catherine Boussie
Catherine Boussie has a passion for teaching students’ breathwork, body movement and mental focus. Helping to build harmony in the body, with strength, flexibility and a greater awareness within the self. She is a Yoga Teacher (200 OHYA, 200 RYTT, Yin) with additional training & experience in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle Yoga, Yin and Original Hot Yoga (OHY/Bikram). As a lifelong learner she continues to study Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and Doism/Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Catherine practiced Yoga for many years to calm and clear her mind and to help heal her body from stress and overworking as a Business Transformation Strategist. After a couple years of retirement, she took her first teacher training class in 2020 to improve her own skills; and then realized that she loved teaching and sharing the practice of yoga. Catherine continues an avid practitioner of all she teaches, plus a student of HATHA and Iyengar.
