
Risham Sidhu
Rish Sidhu is a yoga teacher committed to helping others cultivate a meaningful connection between mind and body. Her teachings blend physical postures, meditation, and breathing techniques to create a safe and supportive holistic practice. Each practice is designed to explore their inner self awareness, building strength, increasing mobility and finding balance both on and off the mat. Rish views yoga as a journey of self‑discovery, one that invites curiosity, compassion, and presence. Her own yoga journey has given her a unique perspective on the transformative and healing powers, of yoga, and she is grateful to share that wisdom with others. Over the years, she has attended four yoga and wellness retreats in Costa Rica. Rish holds a B.S. in Psychology and Organizational Administration from Central Michigan University. She has served as a yoga teacher, health and running coach in local Detroit metropolitan communities. Your practice will leave you calm and centered and at peace.
