Tonia Derkos

Hello! My name is Tonia, and I am honored to be here. I believe healing starts with finding what your gifts and talents, and sharing that gift with others. The rest is mental, physical and spiritual (whatever that might mean to you). My gift is teaching, and there is nothing more rewarding.  Whether I am teaching Japanese students English, providing career counseling to a new college grad, or leading an exercise class, the focus is the same. That is helping others achieve their goals. The ultimate goal is health, happiness and a belief in yourself and what you can offer the world. I am so excited to help you achieve physical and mental healing in a structured, safe place and to share that healing with others.
